Morning Class:
  8:30am - 9:45am Market tour optional  70 RMB
  Visit local market, explain ingredients, buy food for cooking. (please check the meet point on the map )
  9:45am - 10:15am Condiments lesson Optional 30 RMB
  Explain the difference of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, white vinegar and dark vinegar, cooking wine and shaoxin wine;  the different quality grade and good brands.
  10:15am - 1:30pm Cooking lesson 240 RMB (260 RMB from Mar.1st, 2012)
  class will include basic cleavor skill and wok season skill, we will show to make 5 dishes, you will cook two or three dishes for your own lunch.
Evening Class
  4:30pm – 5:30pm Market tour optional  70 RMB. same as morning class
  5:30pm – 6pm Condiments lesson optional  30 RMB same as morning class
  6:00pm – 9:30pm Cooking lesson 240 RMB (260RMB from Mar.2012)same as morning class
Private Class
  Time: we can begin any time after 3:30pm.
  Menu: you can choose any 4 dishes or any set menu such as menu A or B. extra money for more dish.
