Can choose any set menu from morning class menu, or any four dishes,
(pay extra 30RMB/person for the 5th dish). beside morning class dishes, can choose the following dishes:
( Dumpling / steam bun need long time, equal to 3 dishes)
Fish: sweet and sour fish, braise fish with chili sauce (hot) ,
Chicken: three cup chicken, braise chicken with ginger and chili sauce (hot), steam chicken with mushroom
Pork: stir fry pork with sweet flour sauce (jing jiang rou si), braise pork rib with chili sauce (hot) , steam rib with fermented black bean, twice cook pork (hot)
Beef: stir fry beef with celery, stirfry beef with red pepper, stir fry beef with chili and Sichuan pepper (hot) , stirfry beef with cumin (hot) , braise beef with chili sauce (hot)
vegetable: braise eggplant with hoisin sauce, dry stirfry bamboo shoot, dry stir fry bitter melon, ginger sauce greenbean. stir fry cabbage with oyster sauce.
